1. The Service
Ddakkeut ("the Service") is a free collection of browser-based tools for processing documents, images, PDFs, CSV files, and more.
The Service may display advertisements.
2. Usage
By using the Service, you agree to these terms. No account or sign-up is required.
3. Prohibited activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Processing content or files that violate laws or infringe on the rights of others
- Disrupting normal operation or causing excessive load (including automated bulk requests and scraping)
- Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, bypass security, or engage in other unauthorized access
4. Service provision and liability
(1) The Service is provided "as-is." Results may vary depending on your device, browser, and file characteristics. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or error-free nature of results.
(2) We strive to provide stable service, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, outages, or network issues.
(3) To the extent permitted by law, unless caused by our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service (including data loss, file corruption, or work delays). We recommend backing up important files before use.
(4) The Service does not transfer or store your files on a server. File security may be affected by your device environment.
5. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the files you process. The Service does not claim any rights to your file content.
The Service name, logo, UI, documentation, and source code are the property of the Service operator.
6. Changes to terms
We may update these terms within the bounds of applicable law. Changes will be announced within the Service with the effective date and key changes.
We will provide at least 7 days' notice. Changes that are unfavorable to users will be announced with a reasonable lead time (e.g., 30 days).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts as determined by applicable law.
